Eck-Permien-Straße is a small street in the Baltic Sea resort town of Wustrow, located within the historic town center. It is lined with residential and vacation homes, some of which are traditional Fischland-style buildings. The neighborhood is quiet and lies not far from the town center or the paths leading to the Bodden and the Baltic Sea.
The street name evokes historical family and local connections, which are common in old Wustrow.

Built in 2018, the Kapitaenshaus am Permin is a modern reinterpretation of the traditional local captain’s house, located in the historic center of the idyllic fishing village of Wustrow on the Bodden. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and the newly redesigned Bodden harbor is about a 5-minute walk away.
The vacation rental is located on the upper floor and features a terrace and patio furniture in the spacious garden area.
The apartment has been furnished in a functional style with great attention to detail. It features a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living area with an open-concept kitchen. The entire apartment is barrier-free and features underfloor heating. Some of the windows are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens.
The open-concept kitchen-living area is equipped with satellite TV, free guest Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, and a sleeper sofa.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, and dishes.
The sofa bed can be unfolded to create a sleeping area with a continuous mattress measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m.
The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with separate mattresses and a mattress topper, as well as a closet with ample storage space. If needed, a portable crib can be set up there.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, rounds out the amenities.
The apartment is provided with bed linens.
Towels (bath towel and hand towel) can be added to your reservation at the front desk for 7.00 per person.
A parking space and bicycle racks are available on the premises free of charge.
A travel crib and high chair are available for a fee if needed.
All apartments are non-smoking and suitable for people with allergies.
Pets and barbecuing are not permitted.
Unless an appropriate charging infrastructure (wallbox) is available at the rental property and provided to guests by the landlord, charging electric vehicles and bicycles via standard household electrical outlets is prohibited. Please note that in the event of a violation, the user is liable for any damage caused to the house’s electrical connection and the rental property and must reimburse the landlord for any electricity used without authorization.

A change to the visitor’s tax for 2027 is possible
