This popular building is located at the western end of the seaside resort of Bansin, in the second row of the beautiful Bergstraße and next to the beech forest. The comfortable amenities—including an elevator, underground parking, and on-site parking spaces (included)—leave nothing to be desired. Twenty-three beautiful apartments (completed in 1998), each with cozy, individually designed interiors, look forward to your visit. Villa Margot is just 50 meters from the beach and the promenade and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the imperial spas as well as the forested hinterland with its many inland lakes. There is beach access right in front of the building.

FROM OCT. 19, OCT. 2026 TO NOV. 3, 2026, THE TERRACES ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF VILLA MARGOT WILL BE RENOVATED. DURING THIS TIME, CONSTRUCTION WORK WILL TAKE PLACE DIRECTLY ON AND AROUND THE BUILDING. ON THE RESPECTIVE WORK DAYS, CONSTRUCTION NOISE AND ASSOCIATED DISRUPTIONS ARE THEREFORE TO BE EXPECTED.

The living room, furnished with light, cheerful furniture, features a cozy sleeper sofa that provides sleeping accommodations for a third person.
From the couch, you can relax and watch TV or browse through one of the books provided for you.
Two terraces are accessible from the living room. On the east terrace, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast at sunrise, and on the southwest terrace, you can wind down the evening with a nice glass of wine.
The open kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need, so you can prepare meals whenever you like.
The bedroom, featuring a very comfortable double bed, has a spacious closet where you can safely store all your vacation belongings.
In addition, a travel crib (without mattress or bedding) is available free of charge
for the little ones.
The small but modern bathroom is equipped with a shower.
An outdoor parking space is available for your car.
Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. This way, you can always stay up to date or share your vacation photos with loved ones back home.
