It was super comfortable, and cosy as the name says😍

The communication with the owner was really easy. She informed us in time about the arrival and checkout, and everything went smoothly. She was also really kind and helpful with every questions we asked. Also, we arrived a little bit sooner than the check in time, but they were very flexible with our arrival time.

Excellent location NO Air conditioning

Location location, Location... but A/C not working, it was Smoked Area (it does not say that in the features)so the cigarrete smelling too strong, bed was not so much comfortable . I Think with the price you paid this issues could be fixed.

Bad Smoked smell specially in the nights and No air conditioning.. it was terrible

Central location but would not stay here again.

Central location, very close to transit options, kitchenette had enough basic supplies.

The host entered the apartment without prior notification. This goes against the Booking.com privacy policy. The apartment is located on a loud street and it is difficult to sleep without ear plugs. The shower head holder was broken and it was difficult to shower. The toilet is very low flow and requires many flushes to get bio-waste down.

Perfect spot to explore Paris.

Very nice place, cosy, enough space for 2 people, small kitchen with plates, cups, etc. Perfect place for this price! The host was in touch all the time in messenger. The apartment is close to everything and has a bakery and good restaurants next door :) The bed was comfortable, shower/toilet were working with no issues. Nice view from the window as well!

Some builders were working on the street starting from 7am, it was loud :( In general the street is loud, in the evening as well. And you have to take stairs to get to the apartment. None of these was a problem for us, but just keep it in mind when planning your stay. You also have to pick up keys at the pickup point, it's 7 minutes walk from the apartment.

L’emplacement tranquille . Un appartement nickel, encore plus coquet que sur les photos . Une communication très fluide avec la propriétaire.
