Deffinately don't use this accommodation

Before the stay we saw a number of poor reviews, that had not been there at time of booking. I raised these issues with the host and Booking.com. No reply from the host and Booking just, tried, to contact the host. When we arrived it was even worse than we had thought. We had no choice but to stay in the accommodation as there was nowhere else available, at short notice, for the same price and with no garantie of a refund. I list the issues below:- Health & Safety issues As well as the lack of smoke detectors and evacuation procedures there is a kitchen window that is impossible to close and the water is so hot that it would easily scold. False advertising The host states the following: - Wardrobe, (non existent). - TV, in situ but no TV remote control so not possible to use. - Wifi, if it is available there is no information on how to use it. - Coffee machine has a huge hole in it and cannot be used. - Soft bed, not at all thin and uncomfortable mattress. Minimum standard of comfort. and cleanliness. - Clean kitchen equipment to include mugs, coffee cups, wine glasses, a sharp knife and a clean chopping board. - Clean, dry, unstained bedding, towels and T-towels. - No laundry left hanging around. - A thicker mattress on the main bed, very thin and uncomfortable. - Clean, new pillows, they are lumpy and unusable. - Not being made to feel as if the accommodation shouldn't be used for short term lets. Maybe it shouldn't and this is against the building's rules and regulations? - A deep clean, to include window frames, skirting boards and sockets.

Localisation et bâtiment

Literie inconfortable et oreillers complètement épuisés. Le torchon à vaisselle et la vaisselle assez sales. La machine à café était explosée. Le ménage laissait à désirer. Pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de savon dans la douche. Vraiment médiocre, sentiment d'exploiter au maximum le lieu sans les minimums qui ne semblent pourtant pas difficiles à atteindre.

récupération des clés très compliquée et difficile contact avec l'hôte machine à café cassée pas de code wifi remis linge de maison insuffisant vaisselles insuffisantes (pas de tasses, pas de verre à vin, pas de bol...)

die Lage ist top, 50m zur Metro, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bistros in der Nähe. Ruhige Lage, kein Straßenlärm

Die Unterkunft ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Schrank bzw. die Möglichkeit seine Klamotten ordentlich zu verstauen. Die Handtücher rochen muffig. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. In den Morgenstunden wird man durch die Müllabfuhr vom Hausmeister im Innenhof unsanft geweckt.

Ansprechendes Appartement in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Metrostation direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gegend rundherum ist für Paris ansprechend. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung

Zu wenig Handtücher für 3 Personen. Über Booking Nachricht urgiert, aber leider keine Rückmeldung bekommen.
