Clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained property. The staff especially Shakash was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great amenities and delicious food. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great location and staff were incredibly friendly! Easy to walk to many attractions from there and some a good restaurant and bar in the vicinity. They also gave me a free upgrade!

One early morning the hot water wasn't fully available, but was an isolated incident.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, beyond that, there were few other aspects of the experience that I found particularly noteworthy.

I generally dislike leaving negative reviews, but I believe honest feedback is important and can help the hotel improve. The biggest issue was the noise. Almost every night there seemed to be some kind of outdoor entertainment or event, and the noise levels were excessive. Loud music and activity continued until around midnight and sometimes even until 12:30 or 1:00 AM. Getting a good night's sleep was very difficult, and the constant noise became increasingly frustrating throughout the stay. The condition of the room was also disappointing. One of the large windows or doors in the room was not functioning properly, and we were specifically instructed not to open it. On the other side, there was a large accumulation of dead insects, which was unpleasant to see and created a very poor impression. It genuinely looked as though the area had been neglected for a long time. The furnishings and equipment throughout the room felt extremely dated and worn out. The sofas, beds, drawers, and cabinets all showed significant signs of age and heavy use. Many items appeared well past the point where they should have been repaired or replaced. The property is clearly in need of renovation and modernization. Cleanliness was another concern. While basic housekeeping had been carried out, the room was far from spotless. There were spider webs hanging from various parts of the room, and when I moved a coffee table after dropping an item, I found old napkins and debris underneath. These details suggested that deep cleaning was not being done regularly. Mosquitoes were also a serious issue. Anyone staying here should consider bringing electric mosquito killers or a similar solution. Fortunately, I had two with me, which made the situation manageable. Without them, the number of mosquitoes would have made the stay significantly more uncomfortable. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The hotel has potential, but it would greatly benefit from proper renovations.
