Staff were very accommodating. There was a drinks fridge tht we could purchase from which I found very convenient. Ordered room service and the staff were friendly

We arrived and the sofa bed had not been prepared and when I asked at the reception desk for blanket and pillows for the futon, they sent someone up to make it into a bed. I just wish that was done before we had arrived, otherwise everything was great

hotel has hot tubs you can sit in outside which was an unexpected pleasure , bar staff are especially friendly. Hotel location is great and easy to find it's a short drive to diamond beach and lagoon. Crossing the bridge near the lagoon and parking the opposite side of lagoon gives access to a nice walk with views of lagoon , take care on Diamond beach with waves

breakfast was not included in our rate which reduced value for money , the arrangement for getting coffee in the morning seemed a bit fussy, I like milk which was in a jug which I found difficult to pour , in fact I spilt a bunch , but very nice staff member cleaned up for me. Lighting in room was fairly dim which seems to be common in Iceland. Hot tubs late afternoon are busy , suggest go morning or early afternoon when they are empty.
