The staff was nice, check in was very easy. Lots of places to walk to which was convenient. Easier if you don’t have a car but you could also park on the street if anything. My room was nice the only thing that wasn’t the best was my sink. It would clog here and there.

No parking place was messing but due to area understanding

Located right next to the Tenderloin so not the best area to be out at night. Room was very small but is perfect for a quick overnight stay like mine. Room was very clean, looked great, and the front desk employees I interacted with were extremely knowledgeable and helpful

The best part of our stay was the interactions with Robbie at the front desk. From the time we checked in to check out, he went out of his way to be helpful, attentive and kind—even remembered our names! Always smiling and engaging, he represents the property well in his attention to quality customer experience.
