The hotel is small but clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and provided some suggestions for excursions and Discounts with the hotel card. The room is very small with no real counter space or closet. They also did not have a luggage rack. There is no refrigerator in the room or ice machines on any of the guest floors but you can request some ice at the bar in the lobby. They give it to you in a small
Plastic bag. It would have been nice to at least have an ice bucket to keep the ice and a few beverages in. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety to select from- both hot and cold items including fresh fruit and a self- service coffee station.

Great location immediately next to the Interlaken West train station, zero noise, lots and lots of shopping and restaurant options. A mile walk to Interlaken East. The staff was amazing, helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was great!
Highly recommend.

The film didn’t have a fridge, which wasn’t ideal, as I’m type 1 diabetic and needed to refrigerate my travel cool packs and gel pouch for my insulin. The outside seating area cushions all get taken away at a certain time which I’ve never encountered before at a hotel. We traveled on motorbikes, and paid for the unground parking for one night, the following night we just parked them round the corner of the hotel to save money. The hotel staff know the area better than anyone, so it would have been nice for them to suggest somewhere that doesn’t charge, but I also know they need to make extra money. But overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, the hotel is located in an ideal location, the staff are friendly, and the rooms were a good size.
