The lovingly restored Christian vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor/attic of the historic Villa Christian, a listed building and one of the oldest houses in the traditional seaside resort of Heringsdorf, built around 1880 in the characteristic seaside resort architectural style.
The apartment is located on quiet Klenzestraße, just about 300 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and 400 meters from one of Germany’s longest piers. Despite its central location, it offers relaxation in a pleasant, peaceful setting.
With approximately 55 m² of living space, the apartment can accommodate up to four people. It features:
- a combined living room and bedroom with a cozy double bed, a comfortable sofa set, exposed wooden beams, and charming sloped ceilings
- a separate bedroom with two single beds and a closet
- an open-concept kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker
- an east-facing balcony, ideal for breakfast in the morning sun

The combined living room and bedroom, featuring exposed beams and sloped ceilings, is furnished with a double bed, a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD/CD player. From the living room, you have direct access to the open kitchen, which includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and a refrigerator with an integrated freezer.
The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with a hair dryer. A separate bedroom contains two single beds and a wardrobe.
A washing machine is available in the house. It is located on the first floor, to the right of the main entrance in a small room. A free parking space is available on the property.
