Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of Villa Usedom Glück, which is over a century old. This historic, protected building underwent extensive renovation in 2008 and was restored with great attention to detail.
The result is two bright, welcoming vacation apartments designed for comfort and one rental apartment.
The Usedom vacation apartment on the first floor is very spacious at 74 m². The villa’s 3.50-meter-high ceilings ensure a comfortable living environment. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and fridge-freezer combo; a large entryway; a storage room; a bathroom with a walk-in shower; a large bedroom with a double bed and a large closet; and a sleeper chair. There is a cozy living room with a large leather sofa bed that is 1.60 m wide and features a comfortable mattress. Additionally, you’ll find a dining area and a large veranda in the traditional “Bäderarchitektur” style, perfect for relaxing. Outside, there is a terrace for your use. A parking space is located directly behind Villa Usedom Glück.
The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.
A lockable bike storage room with a charging station for e-bikes is available for a fee of 1.50 per day per bike.

Welcome to the Usedom vacation rental. This bright and inviting vacation apartment is approximately 74 m² and features a living room with a high-quality sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed, a spacious closet, and a fold-out sleeper chair (0.80 x 1.90 m). From here, you can step out onto the cozy loggia, furnished with armchairs and a reading lamp. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a toilet and sink. Outside, the terrace invites you to relax.
A lockable bike storage room with a charging station for e-bikes is available for a fee of €1.50 per day per bike.
Wi-Fi, a high chair, a travel crib, and a grill are available free of charge. Bedding and towels can be added to your reservation upon request.
