About this house rental
You’ll find a fully furnished 4-room house: living room, kitchen-diner, bathroom, and two bedrooms on the 1st floor. Bedroom II is a walk-through room connecting to Bedroom I. The house is equipped with a central hot water supply and central heating and is located on a very quiet side street.
The property is completely fenced in and is available for your exclusive use.

On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with a corner couch, table, cabinet, 43-inch Full HD flat-screen TV with satellite reception, and a stereo system; the kitchen—equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, bread slicer, toaster, egg cooker, and washing machine. A dining table and 4 chairs are also located in the kitchen. Bathroom with shower/toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, storage space, and towel rack for 4 people.
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom serves as a walk-through to the other bedroom.
South-facing terrace, garden table with garden chairs and a parasol, lawn area with a recliner and a garden lounger.
Bedding can be booked upon request. Towels are not provided.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
