About this house rental
The house was built around 1965 and is situated on a hillside with a stunning view of the town of Gräfenberg.
The newly renovated rooms can accommodate up to 6 people.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms: one double bedroom and two single bedrooms are on the upper floor, and a room with a wide bed and a sleeper sofa is located in the basement. A large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a sunroom are available.
We are particularly proud of our new sun terrace, where you can enjoy the view to the fullest.
There is a laundry and drying room in the basement; the washing machine can be used for an additional fee. Bicycles can be stored safely in a shed.
A grill is available. We’d be happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge if needed.
Fernblick House:
The vacation home features a large living and dining room with a cozy dining area, a couch, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace (use permitted after instruction from the host).
The living room opens onto the sunroom; the front windows can be opened.
Starting in April 2025, our newly renovated sun deck will be available for your use.
There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms, each with a single bed, on the upper floor. In the basement, there is another room with a wide bed (120x200) and a sleeper sofa. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a portable travel crib and a high chair free of charge. A fold-out bed can also be set up.
The bathroom features level-access to the shower, toilet, and sink with a lighted mirror. A hair dryer, bath and hand towels, as well as soap and toilet paper, are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and freezer; a small dining table with 4 chairs is also available.
The laundry room/drying room is located in the basement. You are welcome to use the washing machine for an additional fee.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
