This cozy ground-floor apartment offers the same level of comfort as the vacation homes in the park: It features a covered terrace with a grill and direct access to the adjacent lawn.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with two separate bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a hand blender and immersion blender.
For entertainment, there is a 55-inch smart TV, a PlayStation 4 with two controllers and games, as well as board games. The children’s room features a 42-inch Smart TV and a second game console.
The apartment is especially family-friendly: a travel crib, high chair, bed rail, step stool, toilet seat, and children’s tableware are provided. Dogs are welcome.
Additional amenities: pellet stove, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, hair dryer, reversible mattresses with medium and firm sides, and cozy blankets and pillows for a comfortable night’s sleep.

In the car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables. When the weather is bad, the kids’ club provides entertainment with games and movie screenings.
Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the front desk will also be happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located reception desk, our staff will gladly assist you with leisure tips, take bread roll orders, or arrange wellness services.
The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.
