This spacious apartment is located on the first floor/basement level of a modern two-family home. The house is set back a block in Alt-Westerland in a quiet location, about a 10-minute walk from the beach and downtown.

3-room apartment, approx. 120 m², for 4 people.

The first floor consists of a large living room with an open-concept kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a guest restroom. The light-filled living room opens onto the wood-planked terrace. The kitchen area features a freestanding kitchen unit with a gas stove and a remote-controlled range hood. The separate double-door refrigerator has a freezer compartment and an ice maker. A spacious seating area and the dining table with six chairs round out the furnishings. The floor is covered with lacquered teak ship decking, and the ceiling features exposed concrete finished with clear varnish.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the lower level, where there is a separate shower room, a very large bedroom with a double bed and floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wellness area with a whirlpool and sauna.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
One parking space is available on the property. Pets are not allowed.
