Roof top terrace was a bonus (shared with other guests which hardly were seen), perfect for sundowners. Host was easy reachable on whatsapp, met him also once.
Kitchen could do with some improvements wrt pots/pans which didn't stop us from cooking our perfect meal. A TV would be nice to catch up on news but again, wasn't an issue at all for us.

N/A for breakfast.
Great communication with Louka.
Collection and remitting of keys in key lock box.
Instruction sheets available in room, reminding guests to ensure that the location was kept clean and safe.
Spacious and freshly cleaned room with necessary amenities. Well equipped kitchenette, chilled water in fridge + a shared dispenser to refill bottle was available outside.
Water pressure in shower.
Early check-in (at extra cost.)
Nearby shop and restos serving great food.
No shower cabin, thus splashing of water. (Louka was informed and he reassured that they were addressing the matter.)
Firmer mattress and linens, and a drying rack would've been extremely appreciated.
