Adequate basic budget accommodation
.
Would benefit from an information pack explain caravan information & site information & emergency contacts. No hot water in kitchen. Although we did not need them electrical trip switches hidden in small bedroom. No plug in bathroom sink making it difficult to wash. All lighting ridiculously dim. Could not log into Wi-Fi although connected.

Good location. Was clean and tidy. Comfy beds. Linen and towels provided. Didn’t cook but looked like plenty of utensils, pans etc Nice decorations.
Didn’t use them but was a selection of videos and games.
Couldn’t get balcony door to open.
Little bit of TLC needed in places.

Great location and view, kids loved the park. Caravan was very homely and comfortable.

The location was lovely, peaceful and out of the way with nice views. Lovely van, with lots of potential. The bedrooms were the perfect sizes for myself and my 2 small children. Bedding and towels smelt lovely and clean upon arrival. Nice little balcony on the back with a small patch of faux grass, which I found very handy with the pup through the storm. Handy to have a designated parking space right next to the van, especially with all the rain! The park itself was nice too, had a playground and a dog walking path.
When we arrived we were freezing for hours while trying to get the boiler to flare up, saying that once notified the plumber was fairly quick to come out and very friendly. The van wasn’t very clean, thick dust build up on some shelves, spiders everywhere and webs in every corner. Hoover was full when we arrived and carpet didn’t look hoovered. The decor is lovely however, very bad paint job and holes in walls were very off putting. Shower tray was also broken, meant for a very awkward and anxious shower. Rubbish found under the bed (not ours) and also found a cupboard containing what I can only assume is the last guests rubbish (removed as I took my own away). Tv remotes found behind sofa cushions and random chargers in walls. I’m not really one to complain but as a professional cleaner myself, I can see that the standard of cleanliness here was poor.
