Aluya Hotel truly exceeded my expectations!
We felt genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team for making our experience so enjoyable.
First of all, every issue we encountered was resolved incredibly quickly. When we arrived, we discovered that the safe in our room wasn’t working. After informing reception, it was replaced within just ten minutes! We also noticed that there were no sun loungers by the pool, but these were provided just as quickly after we mentioned it.
We had booked half-board, which included breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. You could also order freshly prepared omelettes or scrambled eggs.
I would especially like to highlight the hotel’s restaurant. Dinner is served à la carte, allowing guests to choose whatever they prefer from the menu. I was genuinely impressed by the outstanding quality of the food. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and not a single dish disappointed us!
A very special thank you goes to Farouk from the restaurant for his exceptional service and incredibly attentive approach. He always paid attention to the smallest details and even remembered our preferred drinks, often preparing them before we had to ask. His positive attitude, friendliness, and genuine hospitality made us look forward to dinner every single evening. He truly made our experience even more memorable!
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Aluya Hotel! We left with wonderful memories and a very positive impression of the entire team. I truly believe that the hotel owner has managed to bring together an exceptional group of people who genuinely care about their guests.
Thank you all for making our stay so special!
As for the downsides, I would mention the rather small swimming pool and gym. However, we were still happy that both facilities were available, as we made use of the pool and the fitness equipment during our stay.
Another minor inconvenience was that the pool area was sometimes closed even during its advertised opening hours. On those occasions, we had to wait for the cleaning staff to finish preparing the area before it could be opened.

I liked how close it was to the corniche and there were options of food and coffee around.
The breakfast was not good and it was very understaffed.
