Отличное расположение: очень близко к центру, но в то же время спокойно. В апартаментах есть все необходимое
Сломанная штора от солнца в спальне, которую было не открыть

Nice and cosy! The tram is close by, and the railway station is nearby too. A pleasant experience.

Very nice clean and well equipped apartment, it had everything we needed. The apartment also had air conditioning and it was great since it was very hot in Nice in august. Good location and a friendly host
everything was good

Location is great, 17 mins from Nice Ville train station, 35 mins to the beach by walk, 20 mins from the airport
Clara was the sweetest person she helped me during the stay with any questions I’ve had.
Washing machine and coffee machine.
The shutters on the windows were great which made the room completely dark and good for the night.
When I arrived there were still some dirty patches left on the kitchen doors and mirrors. My view was covered by nets because of the scaffolding jobs( I was informed only couple of days before arrival) and from what I understood it wasn’t a fault from property side either , therefore I always had to get ready in the morning in the bathroom because of the workers looking inside unfortunately. The mattress wasn’t comfortable as it was super soft and pillows as well, but to each its own, maybe others would prefer soft ones.
