The communication with the owner was unbelievable. He always responded immediately to any concerns or questions we had. We used the extremely convenient tram moments away to downtown Nice! Just minutes away. And we used the available parking garage.on day trips to Cannes, Monaco, etc. The washer dryer combo worked well.
We appreciated the bottle of wine, local juice, and a bag of chips that were thoughtfully provided for us. Having the tram cards was helpful.
The bakery a minute away was almost my undoing - thank goodness we only stayed five nights!
I loved the apartment's large size, especially for a long stay. The owner had provided everything one could possibly need for cooking. That is unusual in our experience!
The 'terrace' was only a doorway, not a spot we could walk onto. Too many fake plants when there were already live plants. It took a long time to get anything close to warm water in the kitchen sink.
The other residents were generally very loud and disturbing, particularly if we had the windows open. We could hear every word they said.
A hook for a hand towel in the toilet area would be handy!

- apartament spatios, neasteptat de digitalizat
- curatenie
- accesibilitate foarte buna catre mijloacele de transport (tramvai, autobuz)
- vecinii foarte galagiosi
- parcarea a fost o adevarata aventura - mare grija daca aveti o masina mai mare
