Really friendly staff that interact with guests from all over the world. Fantastic space downstairs to meet international travellers. More than just a hostel it's a hangout spot with the comfiest beds I've experienced whilst travelling Japan

Convenient location, close to the station, making it easy to travel to other areas, especially Harajuku and Omotesando. It is also near several convenience stores, so buying food and daily essentials is very easy. The host and staff are friendly—definitely a great option worth considering for a long-term stay.
The check-in time is quite late at 4:00 PM. I think it would be better if it could be moved up a bit, or allow guests to check in early just to drop off their luggage so they can head out without having to return at 4:00 PM. Since there were no staff available for check-in between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, I was honestly a bit confused.

Good location near to subway. 1 free towel is provided but you need to pay if you want a fresh one, even if you stay for a week.
The bathrooms were clean but the individual ‘pods’ themselves were dusty. Also, guests have to make their own beds but no duvet cover is provided, only a pillowcase and 2 sheets. Therefore you have to sleep with an unwashed, uncovered duvet. Also, the bedroom light stayed on all night and there was a sign prohibiting guests from touching the light switch.
