Absolutely everything. The size of the room was big which is great for a claustrophobic person like me. The breakfast was an exceptional spread. The staff were amazing, they recommended the History of Hoi An show which I particularly enjoyed and on the evening when I had an incident of a burst water pipe in my room, they were extremely helpful!
Nothing.

Tutto.

It’s in a good area, I like the reception area and the rooms were well equipped, nice and comfortable. There was a spa - massage service which was handy. Got a face and eye massage - very relaxing.
So the bar/ breakfast area is at the back of reception - when not in use the bar area is blacked out, they switch off the lights which does not look good and does not give a good impression, they should have the lights on as the interior fit out is actually well decorated so it makes sense to create a nice atmosphere for the guests. Roof top bar is a work in progress - needs better decorations and landscaping.
