Loved the one bedroom apartment, great kitchen, gorgeous bathroom, perfect living room, comfortable bed. The buildings on the street that this accommodation are on need to be renovated but inside the apt it has been restored to its former glory. Beautiful! Loved being in this apt!
Did not like the street that the apt was on as the buildings needed to be restored, but it was close to beautiful parks with fountains and trees and a short walk to all the beautiful buildings and streets of reataurants and cafes, a must see of Lower Town.

Sasha provided all important info ahead of our arrival. Apartment was huge, with high ceiling, well stocked kitchenette, large bathroom, right in the city center. Sasha also helped us to find a good parking close to the house. For me, it was very important with all the different parking rules and payment options in Croatia and Slovenia.
Zagreb city workers were on strike (it is not a fault of Sasha), but traffic to get to the downtown was probably worse than usual. There was some street noise, but it was quiet down by 11 PM.

1. Overall aesthetics of the apartment, the decor to the colour combination, everything
2. Professionalism of the host (without being physically present, the host was always available over messaging for any query and help), clarity of the communication
3. The amenities present for the boarders were well stocked, well thought of (the coffee machine for espresso, I super liked)
4. Location: walkable distance to all major attractions of Zagreb
Not a major one for me as I got a street parking in front very easily but being a central and busy zone, if parking is full, it can be challenging. Although the host had guided for another option.
The outside of the building was a bit run down (which of course, one will never feel from inside)
