Everything felt very clean and updated. Smelled nice and the bathrooms were stocked and clean. Continental breakfast was great and had lots of options.
We did have an incident with our key not working at the door, the door itself stopped working but what are you gonna do... The front desk came up and got it open for us so I wouldn't even consider this a negative honestly.

The convenience of proximity to the United Center. The cleanliness, staff hospitality, the longer hours to eat breakfast, the availability of items/snacks needed, and the ease of transportation.
No complaints.

I like the decor inside.
There was little parking in the front. We had to park behind the hotel.
