The people were friendly it was clean in lobbies and elevators
The bathrooms could have been cleaner in the rooms like the walls washed around toilet

Breakfast was varied but availability of items also widely varied, e.g., ran out of waffle batter one day, no eggs one day. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent - felt safe and had great access to tourist areas.
Staff personability was ... average. Almost no eye contact on check-in and not very personal.
