The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the cleanliness and service were good.
There was a power outage for approximately one hour on the second night, which caused some inconvenience. The breakfast could also be improved by offering a wider variety of dishes.

I liked that the hotel was great overall and the price was super affordable the rooms were super nice and all the facilities were good.
I didn't like the shuttle service, the bus drop off is a 20 min walk away from entering the Masjid. I only took shuttle two times and hated the drop off location both the times. So I took indrive instead, but even with indrive you have to make sure you tell your driver to drop you off at the clock-tower tunnel, you take the elevator up and its 2 min walk into the Masjid. Otherwise sometimes the Taxis also drop you off where the shuttle drops you off and then 20 min walk again.

The staff was very cooperative. Especially receptionist Noor as she provided us early check in on Friday.

Good breakfast with good staff
Bus shuttle service was very bad and poor even one of receptionist is need for hospitality but other one who was a smart guy is nice and friendly
