Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were good.”
The main issue was the distance to the Haram shuttle/bus stop. It is quite far from the hotel, which can be inconvenient, especially for elderly guests and during hot weather. It would be much better if the shuttle stop were closer to the hotel or if there were more convenient transportation options.”

Staff are friendly and helpful,
one of the securities has not the good attitude
the major issue was the noise; management has no control whatsoever about any noise caused by others, so prepare yourself for some of unrelaxed nights.
