Die Wohnung bietet von der Loggia einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und die Promenade. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig, außerhalb auf Grund der zentralen Lage an der Hauptstraße jedoch etwas laut, was aber normal ist. Wer mehr Ruhe möchte muss in die Nebenstraßen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es für uns nicht störend. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man Malta mit öffentlichen Bussen erkunden möchte, da die Haltestelle vor der Haustür Verbindungen in nahezu alle Richtungen bietet. Alles was man braucht Restaurant, Supermarkt, Cafe etc. ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt und Service mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.
Kleinere Mängel in der Ausstattung bzw. notwendige Reparaturen haben wir angesprochen. Es wurde sofort Mängelbeseitigung angeboten.

Location was fantastic. Incredible view. Quiet except for the usual construction that is Malta. Larger than it appears on the listing. Quick and easy communication with housing managers. Nice lift to the 3rd floor. Great AC. Close to markets, restaraunts, ferries and most importantly the sea. Would recommend this for a large group.
Kitchen and bath are a bit rough. Cooktop a bit picky and has been broken and glued. Faucet on sink is stuck on spray setting so it’s messy to use. Bath could use new caulking and a good bleach on the tile grout to get rid of typical mold. Linens and fabric furniture could use a good clean or replacement. A water filter would be helpful since the tap is very chlorinated and it’s unfortunate to have to buy plastic bottles.
