Location was perfect with good eating places and grocery stores a few minutes walk away. Vews from our 7th floor balcony stunning. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle. Responses to any questions to management were immediate and helpful.
Malta's electricity sipply is suffering from the very rapid growth and we experienced a couple of cuts thst affected our apartmtent and lift.

We had such a great stay here. The apartment felt bright, spacious and beautifully finished, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably.
The location was excellent, the views were a real highlight, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Communication was also smooth throughout the stay and the host was always quick to help whenever we needed anything.
A really enjoyable experience from start to finish and somewhere we would happily book again.

This apartment should not be advertised as "exceptional" or "luxury".
While it is an extremely spacious apartment and has very good facilities, the condition was poor. Broken wardrobe door, broken toilet roll holder, bad repair patches on tiles. Bath, kitchen cupboards and door handles all need updating. The smell from beside the jacuzzi meant it was unpleasant to sit out on what otherwise would have been a beautiful balcony. So we unfortunately felt overall this apartment is not good value. See attached photos.
