Deposit 10 days NOT REFUNDED & Alarm ACTIVATED on check-in!

NOTHING to like.

First, it was needed deposit to be paid, we were 30min from the check-in, and no clear instruction for this or for the check-in at all were given! Secondly, the alarm went off on check-in just after entering the appartment. And from the start we all were traumatized. Thirdly, 10 days after our booking, STILL NOT A REFUNDED DEPOSIT! Very, very BAD experience! Just go to any other host in Alzira, it will be a light years better experience.

Lamentable

Sabanas y toallas limpias

La falta de información en el anuncio, como que es un 4 sin ascensor, el mueble del baño tiene una bisagra rota, la cocina es de los años 60 por lo menos, la ducha pierde agua, alguna persiana no sube, un cristal roto tapado con un carton en la puerta de salida de la cocina, suciedad bajo el sofá( hasta una percha habia) camas super ruidosas solo con sentarte, el agua sube al piso con una bomba escandalosa montada en el balcon de la cocina lo que no se yo si es muy higiénico para el agua del grifo, la puerta del portal se queda siempre abierta(al menos cada vez que yo llegue no tuve que poner ni la llave), el barrio... Parece las favelas de brasil. Ya sin mencionar lo de la fianza.... Una vergüenza, 17 dias despues de mi ceckout tube que reclamar la fianza por que no me la devolvieron a los 15 dias como aseguran, en fin, no volvería.

Il y a tellement de choses à dire ... La veille de notre arrivée, il nous a été demandé de verser une caution de 150 € pour obtenir le code d’accès à l’appartement. Cette exigence ne nous avait pas été clairement indiquée au moment de la réservation ni lors du paiement effectué plusieurs semaines auparavant. De plus, la caution ne nous a été remboursée que plus de quinze jours après la restitution des clés. Le principal problème a toutefois été le bruit. De jour comme de nuit, et plus particulièrement pendant la nuit, des bruits sourds très importants provenant de la terrasse située au-dessus de l’appartement, semblables à des cailloux ou des objets tombant sur le sol, rendaient le repos quasiment impossible. Ces bruits semblaient se déplacer d’une pièce à l’autre (chambre, entrée…), laissant penser à un problème lié à la structure ou aux installations du bâtiment. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, il nous a d’abord été répondu qu’il s’agissait probablement de chats, puis qu’il s’agissait d’un problème du quartier. Aucune solution concrète n’a été apportée durant notre séjour. C’était d’autant plus regrettable que ma fille séjournait à Alzira pour passer des examens et avait besoin de pouvoir dormir correctement. Enfin, la propreté de l’appartement était très discutable, au point que nous avons dû acheter une serpillière jetable pour nettoyer le sol nous-mêmes. La cuisine est extrêmement ancienne et très peu équipée, avec un mobilier et des équipements qui semblent dater de plusieurs décennies, et l’absence de climatisation rend le logement encore moins confortable. stationnement difficile dans les environs, pas d'ascenseur ... rien que d'y penser cela me fatigue.

La limpieza

Era un 4° piso sin ascensor, soy una persona de movilidad reducida, y en ningún sitio pone lo del 4° piso, no tiene aire acondicionado y solo dispone de un enchufe en cada habitación, por lo que tienes que elegir o cargar movil o refrescarte, y el resto de la vivienda es bastante antigua.
