Very bad.....we will never be back at the place. What was advertised was not what we found.

Honestly I cannot say I liked much. The place looked like we were living in a slum area. The stairs to the property are high and narrow which is dreadful for elderly. Also the walls are all gypsum so we could hear our neighbours having a shower, watching TV till very late at night like 3pm. Not nice at all when you cannot sleep after a day out and about.

Water does not work well in general around the house, cockroaches in the cutlery and plates drawers, shower barely putting out water to take a proper bath as it was broken as we were expected to fix it ourselves, washing machine broken and we were not told of this before arrival, kettle full of rust, no working batteries for TV remotes.....this property is a scam.You are warned...good luck if you want to stay as you might be better pitching a tent outside. Also no one speaks understandable English not as advertised, as the people I met with for the keys and other issues spoke only Spanish. The door lock was broken and no one told us so we got locked outside in the middle of the night and the owner didn't even answer his phone to help out. Also the WIFI password was changed and the owner did not tell us about it until much later when I insisted I needed WIFI as advertised and he gave me the new password.

Una experiencia absolutamente inaceptable. Muchísimo cuidado con este alojamiento y con su anfitrión

No pudimos disfrutar del alojamiento ya que nos anularon la reserva 24 horas antes, después de tenerla reservada y pagada más de 4 meses antes. Inaceptable. Además, el anfitrión, nos engañó.

Una experiencia absolutamente inaceptable. Muchísimo cuidado con este alojamiento y con su anfitrión. Reservamos y pagamos este alojamiento con más de cuatro meses de antelación, precisamente porque viajábamos durante las fiestas del pueblo y queríamos tenerlo todo bien organizado. Viajaba con mi madre, que es una persona mayor, y mi hija adolescente, y acudíamos a un evento en la localidad. Habíamos escogido expresamente este alojamiento por su ubicación, para que mi madre pudiera retirarse a descansar en cualquier momento sin necesidad de desplazamientos. Pues bien, 24 horas antes de nuestra llegada, al escribir simplemente para preguntar por el aparcamiento de la zona y por la posibilidad de dejar el equipaje antes del check-in, recibimos como respuesta la cancelación inmediata de nuestra reserva. Después de intentar contactar insistentemente y realizar hasta cinco llamadas, finalmente consigo hablar con el anfitrión. Su explicación fue que la culpa era de Booking porque existía un overbooking y que otra familia estaba ocupando el alojamiento con una reserva de 10 días. Es decir: después de tener nuestra reserva confirmada y pagada durante más de cuatro meses, nos dejó sin alojamiento con solo 24 horas de margen y en plenas fiestas, cuando prácticamente era imposible encontrar otra opción. Además, tras contactar posteriormente con Booking y realizar las comprobaciones correspondientes, la explicación que nos había dado el anfitrión sobre la responsabilidad de la plataforma no coincidía con la información que recibimos por parte de Booking. El resultado fue que tuvimos que buscar desesperadamente otro alojamiento. Lo único disponible estaba en otro pueblo y costaba prácticamente el triple, destrozando por completo toda la logística que habíamos organizado durante meses y obligándonos a desplazarnos para poder asistir al evento. Lo más grave no es únicamente una cancelación: es la absoluta falta de responsabilidad y consideración hacia unos huéspedes que habían res
