Very central hotel, close to shops & amenities. Friendly staff. Had a peaceful sleep, beds comfortable.
The shower screen needed better cleaning, just a minor issue. Windows needed cleaning.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location was excellent - within walking distance of the waterfront and the main shopping areas. There were plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it really convenient to explore Liverpool on foot.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was very nice. The self-service check-in and check-out were also a nice touch.
There was a small mix-up with our room. We booked a standard double room but were given one with an extra single bed, which we hadn't requested. It wasn't a major issue, just a bit unexpected.
Also, the bed linen wasn't changed daily, which was a little disappointing

We have stayed in the hotel few times now , we always go after work to have a little break from reality. The hotel is very modern and comfortable.
The pricing was way too high for the night as we paid around £140 on booking.come which was okay as that was including breakfast. However when we have arrived at 23:30, as we always do, this time they made us pay another £100 which was an additional charge for the late check in. I really don’t think this was fair as it wasn’t included anywhere until we got to the reception!
