About this villa rental
The villa has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast room, a lounge area, and a reception area.
The spacious and comfortable rooms are entirely designed around the theme of well-being;
All four rooms feature the "Wellness & Comfort" package.
The estate is situated in a panoramic location, overlooking the Chiana Valley, Cortona, Mount Sant’Egidio, and the stunning Church of Santa Maria Nuova. Far from the noise and traffic, in complete privacy, you can enjoy a stay in the open countryside while still having the great advantage of being just 400 meters from the famous historic center of Cortona, which is reachable via a short, refreshing walk through the green and quiet surroundings.
Inclusions:
● Water, gas, electricity, and air conditioning usage
● “Comfort and Wellness” set (bath towels, pool towels, face towels, hand soap,
shampoo, shower gel)
● Welcome grocery basket (basket of fruits and vegetables, milk, water, sodas, American coffee,
espresso pods, sugar, salt, pepper, 10 rolls of toilet paper, 1 package of paper napkins, 1-
-roll of paper towels, 1 roll of baking paper, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap)
● Weekly linen and towel change
● Pool cleaning
Extra charges:
● Final cleaning (mandatory): 300 euros
● Heating (if needed): weekly charge - 300 euros f
● City tax: 2 euros per person per day for the first 4 days (ages 12 and up)
● Tuscan Cooking Classes/Gourmet Cooking Classes: service must be booked in
advance; prices starting at 80 Euro per person;
● Private dining services at the villa: lunch and dinner—must be booked in advance; prices
starting at 40 Euro per person (service, menu, and kitchen cleaning included; beverages
excluded but can, of course, be provided)
● Tasting menus or à la carte meals at our on-site gourmet restaurant Organika
(Reservations recommended)
● Dedicated concierge service: 300 euros per week
● Extra cleaning: 30 euros/hour per housekeeper
● Babysitting service: 30 euros/hour
● Extra beds (bed linens and towels included): Baby cot 20 euros/day; Children’s bed: €
25 per day; Extra bed: €35 per day
● Security deposit: €400
