Breakfast was very good although the server was under a bit of pressure at the start as she was on her own. Staff were very friendly on the whole, however, reception staff had not got a clue and were unable to answer my questions about how to get from the hotel into the car park from the car park. We ended up trailing through mucky carpark and round the roadway to enter the hotel and same when leaving which was disappointing and impractical as my daughter finds it difficult to walk far but we managed.
No clear directions to car park and had we had a lot of luggage no help to trail round to the car. Car parking bad miscommunication when booking.

Newly refurbished room
Slight wait at reception only bothered my gf, it wasn’t too long.

Good breakfast, good food in the restaurant, good and pleasant service.
We stayed on a Saturday, so the night was noisy because there are several bars nearby.
