Super clean, cozy, perfectly located for a visit of old town matera, hosts were super helpful and even made a late checkout possible which was very helpful, we will be back and would recommend to family and friends

.
Disappointing stay. We expected a private apartment but found shared living spaces, disconnected kitchen appliances, and an AC that failed to keep the room comfortable, reaching 27°C (80.6°F) at night despite it being 23°C (73.4°F) outside. The shower was lukewarm, and our attempt to resolve these issues with the owner was unsuccessful.
