Maison tres agréable piscine literie propreté rien a dire maison tres spacieuse et de qualité nous avons beaucoup appréciés cette semaine .
En ce qui nous concerne la clim dans la cuisine aurait été appréciable et un peu plus de saladier pour des grosses salade sinon cela reste un détail ,il manque a notre gout quelques bains de soleil supplémentaire.

Heel schoon en goed verzorgd huis. De fotos hier op Booking doen geen eer hieraan.
Wij verbleven hier met 8 volwassenen en waren van alle gemakken voorzien.
Goede bedden, een wasmachine, genoeg zitruimte en voldoende keukengerei.
Enige 'nadeel' is dat de douche niet de capaciteit heeft voor de hoeveelheid warm water voor 8 volwassenen, maar prima mee om te gaan.
2 handdoeken per persoon zou prettig zijn, maar al blij dat we wel 1 pp in het huis tot onze beschikking hadden.

The house itself is nice and was generally fine as a place to stay, but there were several issues that affected our overall experience.
The kitchen was poorly equipped, with nowhere near enough mugs or bowls, despite having plenty of cutlery. Basic essentials, such as scissors, were also missing. There was no house guide or information booklet explaining things like rubbish disposal.
On arrival, we had no hot water. The owner came over and explained that the boiler had broken, so he switched on an emergency thermal heater instead. This did provide hot water, but we were advised to keep showers short and use the hot water sparingly, as the main boiler would not be repaired during our stay and the emergency heater took longer to heat up water.
The pool was also dirty. In addition, there is a shutter-style security door separating the upstairs and downstairs areas. Unfortunately, we discovered that its control panel was faulty, and if the shutter comes all the way down, you can become trapped upstairs. The owner had to come to the property to fix it. This is a significant safety concern, and there should be a clear warning not to operate the shutter until it has been repaired.
The location is convenient if you have a car, with good access to Valencia, Torrent and the surrounding areas. However, the immediate neighbourhood is less appealing. There are limited options for coffee and groceries within easy reach on foot, and the local cafés seemed to be closed much of the time. It is a quiet suburban area without much atmosphere, and the location can feel quite isolated.
Overall, the house itself is perfectly adequate, and it makes a reasonable base for exploring the wider area by car. However, the maintenance issues, lack of basic kitchen essentials, safety concern with the shutter and limited facilities nearby meant the accommodation did not fully meet our expectations.
