Not a proper space
Etxeko paretak eta leihoak paperezkoak dira, eta kalean bazeunde bezala entzuten dira zaratak. Gauez asteburuetan jendearen zarata handia da eta astean zehar zabor kamioia bi alditan pasatzen da ordu txikitan., Apartamentura igotzeko eskailerak oso-oso deserosoak, estuak eta arriskutsuak dira. Hau askoz ere argiago jarri beharko lukete iragarkian.
Erakina egoera txarrean dago. Berrituta dagoen arren, dena arrakalaz beteta dago, eskaileretako leihoek ez dute zulo oso tapatzen….

The walls and windows of the house are like paper and the noises are heard as if you were on the street. At night on weekends there is a lot of noise from people and during the week the garbage truck passes two times at night., The stairs to the Apartment are extremely uncomfortable, narrow and dangerous. This should be made much clearer in the announcement.
Building in bad condition. Although it is renovated, everything is full of cracks, the windows glasses of the stairs do not cover all the space ...
There is no hanger for the towels in the bathroom, there is no closet in the house…

por fuera terrorífico, por dentro aceptable
Realmente pongo esta calificación porque el edificio esta en muy mal estado, lo que han hecho es remodelar por dentro y que es lo que se puede ver en las fotos, pero yo incluso dude de la seguridad del edifico, se veía tan viejito, cuarteada las paredes y muy malogrado que parecía que se iba a caer, yo iba con mis 2 hijos entonces tenia 3 maletas de 23kg y 2 Carry on, tuve que subirlas por unas gradas sumamente angostas, tal vez seria de unos 90cm si a caso, pero bueno eso no fue lo peor, lo peor es que al entrar lo primero que te invadía era un olor nauseabundo de heces, el lado derecho vi que había un poco de papel higiénico manchado de aparentemente excremento, era imposible pasar los primeros 3 pisos respirando, tenias que aguantar la respiración, al entrar al departamento sentimos un alivio, porque al menos tenia lo necesario, balcón con ventanas, una vez q las arias, tenias buena iluminación, el baño aunq pequeño estaba bastante aceptable, a excepción de la ducha que como era imposible de acomodar la posición de la ducha hacia muy complicado poder bañarse porque toda el agua caía en dirección a la puerta de vidrio y no a la persona, yo mido 1.55cm y lo que me tocó hacer fue coger con la mano la ducha para poder enjuagarme.
En cuanto al aseo estaba decente pero me parece que no han lavado lo sofá camas y cojines desde que compraron ya que mi hija y yo que dormimos ahí, sufrimos de picaduras de lo que creemos eran pulgas, la atención al cliente es todo mediante IA lo que hace que se sienta muy impersonal y que no les importa los clientes sino solo el dinero, pero pues es bastante efectiva, al momento que envié la foto del papel higiénico este chat de IA envió a los encargados y ellos enviaron una persona que limpiara el lugar, así mismo tuve un accidente con mi hijo, quien tiene TEA, inexcusablemente él pateo la pared de la habitación abollándola, y notifique en seguida al chat, ellos lo solucionaron mediante el seguro de booking, y ya luego decidí mejor irnos.
