A stately residence built in 1903 in a prominent location above the rooftops of Kiefersfelden, offering unobstructed views of the Inn Valley and Kufstein Fortress, situated directly at the foot of the Buchberg. The apartment is located on the first floor and was created by combining two original apartments. It therefore features two bedrooms, each in a separate area, with their own high-quality bathrooms—one with a washing machine, shower, and toilet, and the other with a wood-paneled bathtub and toilet. The ceiling height reaches up to 3.30 m, with a stucco-decorated ceiling. There is a large living room with free Wi-Fi access. An exclusively fully equipped kitchen-dining area with access to the terrace and a dining table for 6 people. A special highlight is the 20-square-meter terrace with an unobstructed view of the Inn Valley and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is best suited for 4 people who value an exclusive living environment and a high standard of living with high-quality amenities. Due to the property’s hillside location, it is not particularly suitable for people with limited mobility. Access is via a narrow, partly steep residential street.
One bedroom features a 1.80 m wide double bed; the other bedroom has a cream-colored metal daybed 90 cm wide and a 1.20 cm wide bed. A large living room with a seating area consisting of 2 sofas, a decorative Swedish stove (no longer in use), a desk, TV, internet radio, ambient lighting, and free Wi-Fi access. Fully equipped kitchen-living room with high-quality built-in appliances, granite countertops, an induction stove, a fully automatic coffee machine, a freestanding fridge-freezer, and a dining table for 6 people.
