Located on the first floor and spanning 95 square meters, it offers ample space for 5 people, with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa/extra bed in the living room. Inside the apartment, guests will find a flat-screen satellite TV, two balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. A ski storage room is provided free of charge. Water lovers can take a dip in nearby Lake Kreuth or visit the water ski and wakeboard facility at Lake Hödenau, just a 15-minute walk away.

Several ski resorts, such as Hockeck, Sudelfeld, and the “SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental,” are nearby. Right near the vacation rental are two swimming lakes: Lake Kreuth (a natural lake) and Lake Hödenau, which features a water ski facility and two restaurants. Additionally, about 5 km away is a summer toboggan run on the Hocheck adventure mountain in Oberaudorf, the Söll–Hexenwasser children’s attraction, and Ellmis Zauberwelt in Ellmau. These make for ideal conditions to experience nature and the mountains year-round. The truly adventurous can fulfill their “dream of flying” with the Oberaudorf Flying Club. The well-known Bavarian lakes, such as Chiemsee, Tegernsee, and Schliersee, offer countless opportunities for day trips and can be reached within an hour.
