8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Beautiful apartment. Great views. Nice property overall as far as cleanliness and aesthetics. Well appointed kitchen. Very responsive management.
Sound: 2 out of 3 had a good night's sleep, but if you have sleep issues or are senstive to sound as 1 of us does, might not be the place for you (the train is raised and on metal...the sound is very audible through the night). Usability: could have more lighting in the living room and bedrooms & bedside tables with more surface.

Truly everything was exceptional. The unit was impressive, modern, clean and spacious. I would absolutely use Cloud 9 again.
There was not a single thing I could think to complain about.
5 / 10·Sep 2026
The apartment was nice and clean with all amenities.
The location is by train tracks and there is no insolation in the windows. I wish I knew about this before. Even though I was on the 24th floor felt like sleeping on the train tracks. Extremely uncomfortable experience with to much noise and couldn’t sleep at all. Also the pressure in shower was so little took extra time.
