Breakfast not available except at weekends but didn't find this a problem.
I was shown into a room with no facilities for disabled but was given another room with walk in shower which I much appreciated. The staff were very approachable.

No breakfast.
Location was good for public transport and city.
Staff were friendly and helpful when available
Food in pub was very tasty and reasonably priced.
The shower and screen could have been cleaner!
A shame I wasn't able to sample brunch as service didn^ t begin until 10am.

Room was warm.
Bath and window in bedroom really mouldy. Both need a really good clean. Old single glazed window which looked onto busy main road made noise from traffic and people talking outside a constant.
