Worst stay of my life

It looked cute

I am honestly extremely disappointed with my experience at the residence. What was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable stay turned into an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience, and the way this situation was handled by your staff made it significantly worse. Firstly, the lighting throughout the residence was completely inadequate. The lights were extremely dim, to the point where there was barely enough lighting to properly see. This is not what anyone should expect when paying to stay at a residence. The air-conditioning was also poorly positioned, particularly in the bedroom. The air blows directly onto our faces while sleeping, which is extremely uncomfortable and completely impractical. It is ridiculous that something as basic as the positioning of the air-conditioning has been overlooked to this extent. However, the most unacceptable issue was the complete loss of water and electricity. We were repeatedly told that the issue would be resolved within an hour. An hour passed, then another, and another. In reality, we were left without water for approximately 12 hours. This meant we couldn’t shower, use the facilities normally, or even carry out basic daily activities. My partner literally had to go out and purchase litres of bottled water because we had no other option. I ended up having to shower using bottled water, in the dark, because there was no electricity or proper lighting either. This is an absolutely unacceptable situation for a paying guest. What made everything even worse was the complete lack of communication and assistance from the workers/staff. I repeatedly messaged asking for updates and received no meaningful response. My messages were essentially ignored. I also tried calling and nobody answered. We were left completely in the dark, with no proper explanation, no realistic timeframe and, most importantly, no assistance. The consequences of this were not minor. This situation completely ruined my day.
