About this villa rental
Jasmine Villa in Esentepe, North Cyprus, is a well equipped, and well furnished 4-bedroom air-conditioned property with its own well maintained private pool and attractive garden set in an excellent location with almost uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea and the breathtaking Besparmak mountain range. The villa is spacious, light and airy. It’s located in a small select development at the foot of the hill leading to Esentepe village, about 200m from the sea, and set in a secure walled, railed, and gated garden containing a variety of Mediterranean shrubs and a large area of artificial grass. Ravines on either side ensure that the villa enjoys much privacy. The villa will sleep up to 8 adults plus two babies/toddlers in cots. It's child friendly, being specifically equipped to cater for young children with a high level of baby/toddler equipment available to minimise what parents need to take on holiday. However, the villa would be equally attractive for adult-only visitors as the children's equipment is unobtrusive. Villa has air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi internet access. All bedrooms have black-out blinds - these are particularly important if you do not want to be woken too early by the sunrise.
There is a generous allowance for free electricity with no meters to feed! Water, gas, laundry, wi-fi internet access, and the services of our English agent are also free so, unlike many other properties, you would not get any surprise additional costs during and/or at the end of your stay.

Beautiful villa with stunning sea views, located in a quiet area. Very enjoyable stay, villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, especially when travelling with young children!

The host was amazing with communication and sent all necessary check in details including a list of local amenities, tourist attractions & even emergency/ hospital details if needed.
- There’s an offer of a welcome Package that is worth considering on arrival to help settle in.
- car hire is essential and getting to have reliable Taxi service using the drop location is advisable as addresses can be tricky to locate for Taxi’s.
- Property Manager always readily available on WhatsApp to respond to needs same as owner.
- Villa has beautiful views of the see and mountains
- The private pool at the pool is big and kept clean and the water always lovely and warm and the lighting is even more gorgeous for an evening swim.
- All the room are clean and spacious and fitted with an air con
- definitely coming back and highly recommend this one, photos do not do justice to this beautiful place.

Stay at the jasmine villa for 11 days and it was an amazing villa had everything you’d need and more the villa is beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice I couldn’t recommend it enough to be honest
They also provided great information about the local area and the restaurants that are near by
If your thinking about going to northern Cyprus this is definitely a villa you’d want to stay in !
