About this apartment rental
The beautiful "IDA" apartment is available for rent in the popular Pfaffenwinkel vacation region. The apartment is part of a single-family home, has a separate entrance, and is located in Birkland (9 km from Peiting). Everything has been newly renovated and is lovingly decorated and furnished—inviting from the very first moment. Dogs are very welcome here. Bowls, a blanket, and other essentials are provided for your furry friend. There is a charge of €15 per dog per night. Enjoy Bavarian nature right on your doorstep with wonderful walks through our countryside (we’d be happy to give you tips for a few varied routes). If you have special plans where your four-legged friend can’t come along, we also offer dog-sitting by arrangement.
The charming little kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, etc.—dishes and cooking utensils are provided.
The charming living room invites you to relax, and there’s plenty of space to feel completely at home; everything is bright and welcoming. There’s also a small TV for unwinding.
The bathroom is brand-new and, with its window and modern glass shower, offers a bright, cozy space for a relaxing morning routine and refreshing showers.
A real highlight is the charming east-facing terrace with a small garden. Perfect for a lovely breakfast in the morning or a cozy glass of wine in the evening.
You’re welcome to bring your dog. There’s an additional charge of 15.00 euros per night. A maximum of two dogs are allowed.
Nearby attractions offer a variety of options, from mountains to lakes:
If you’re in the mood for some water, you’re sure to enjoy the famous Ammersee, with its quaint towns of Dießen and Utting. A boat tour here is highly recommended. Guests looking for the mountains will get their money’s worth on hikes with significant elevation gain—or on more moderate hikes in the Alpine foothills (Hoher Peißenberg, Hörnle, Walchensee, Herzogstand). If you’d like a bit more of a bustling atmosphere, check out Landsberg am Lech or Schongau. Both are beautiful little towns with historic centers.
Or hop on the regional train and plan a day trip to Munich.
