About this apartment rental
A cozy, accessible vacation rental located across the street from one of the oldest basilicas in southern Germany.
Welcome to "Beim Xander"
Our modern, barrier-reduced vacation apartment—which was completely renovated from 2023 to the end of 2024—features underfloor heating, a separate entrance, and a parking space, and is located on the first floor as a ground-floor apartment within our historic building.
It features a separate bedroom (with a 55-inch TV) with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living room, which also features another 55-inch TV, offers two additional sleeping spots.
With the fully equipped kitchenette—including a stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—you can prepare any meal you desire.
In the summer, you can wind down your evenings with a glass of wine on the attached terrace, for example.
Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay.
You’ll spend your vacation with us in the beautiful Pfaffenwinkel region, nestled among rolling meadows, lakes, and the majestic mountains of the Alps.
You’ll find countless places to explore, such as castles, high-rope courses, golf courses, and many other attractions.
