A warm welcome to the AlpenLodge Berchtesgaden, hosted by the Heckenberger family. We are located on the outskirts of Berchtesgaden, nestled amid the impressive scenery of the Berchtesgaden Alps. Our house enjoys a sunny and central location in Berchtesgaden. Restaurants, supermarkets, and a bakery are all within walking distance. From your vacation apartment, enjoy views of the surrounding mountains—including the Watzmann and Untersberg—as well as Berchtesgaden’s historic town center. Our new, modern vacation apartments exude comfort and warmth, and almost all of them have a balcony (except for Apartment 3 on the top floor). You can park your car for free in front of our building. A short walk takes you to the Königssee hiking and biking trail, which leads to a beautiful path toward Königssee—about 4 km away—and the Jennerbahn aerial cableway. You can reach Berchtesgaden’s old town on foot in about 15 minutes; the nearest bus stop is only 250 m away. With your guest card, you can use public buses for free. The location offers an ideal starting point for activities such as hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, rafting, and visiting thermal spas. Salzburg is also just a half-hour drive or bus ride away. Thanks to their location, our vacation apartments are ideal for train travelers, as the Berchtesgaden train station is only 500 meters away. New, modern vacation apartment • 80 sqm • You’ll feel right at home in our newly renovated, modern Vacation Apartment 1 with a balcony! Vacation Apartment 1 is located on the first floor of our newly renovated building. You’ll enjoy a spacious living area of approximately 80 sqm. In the bedroom—which is equipped with bedding and a selection of pillows—you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep. From the living room, you have access to the balcony with a view of the surrounding mountain landscape, including the Watzmann. In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, you’ll find plenty of kitchen utensils as well as a dishwasher.The new, modern bathroom—which is equipped with towels and a hair dryer for your use—features a window, a walk-in shower, a sink with a mirror and an illuminated makeup mirror, and a toilet. You’ll find a smart TV in the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation, and pets are not allowed.
