This is a very nice place. On a quiet street, no traffic, and with the possibility to park your car on the premises. Sahak answers quickly to all your requests and even send it the replies in my own language (Dutch). His Family room is very comfortable, perfectly clean and with all the details. The bed is one of the best we slept on during our trip. The breakfast he offers at a very reasonable price is excellent, with a tomato omelette that we have never seen anywhere else. You can pay by card, which is rather uncommon in guesthouses. Highly recommended!
Nothing, this is just a perfect place.

Our stay here was perfect. Sahak and his family was so friendly, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, let us listen to his records and made sure our stay was comfortable. Also provided private parking and they take card payment here. The room was immaculately clean, with lots of extra amenities provided (slippers, hairdryer, shampoo etc). I would highly recommend the breakfast it was so fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this property it was perfect!
