**An impressive, large apartment in a prime, central location. Impeccably maintained and clean. **The PDF document provided for self-check-in is fantastic—it includes very clear instructions accompanied by photos. It’s the best I’ve ever seen; everything is straightforward and easy to follow. **There is a large, separate, and well-equipped kitchen that is very convenient to use; it includes an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a Nespresso-style coffee machine (with capsules), a toaster, a microwave, and an electric kettle. Everything is spotless, clean, and well-organized—nothing is missing. It also features a table where a couple can comfortably eat, write, or work on a computer. **There are two sleeping areas: one is an interior room with a window facing an inner courtyard, and the other is an exterior space located next to a window that overlooks the main avenue. We chose the interior room because it was darker and quieter. The "exterior" sleeping area (next to the window facing the main avenue) is beautiful, featuring a Japanese-style tatami bed and an open layout connected to the large living room. **Wonderful views of the neoclassical buildings across the street. **A massive living room with an impressive, comfortable sofa (and a huge television). **In the large living room—which includes the tatami sleeping area—there is a small desk, perfect for working, writing, or using a laptop in great comfort. **A very spacious bathroom equipped with a shower stall and a washing machine. **The location is extraordinary: situated on the main avenue in the heart of the city, right next to the pedestrian entrance to the Jewish Quarter (home to entertainment venues, restaurants, "ruin bars," fast food, outdoor terraces, etc.). **Across the street, there is a Spar supermarket offering fresh produce, a bakery section, ready-to-eat meals, and a wide variety of grocery items—very convenient.

Everything was perfect 5***** Since it didn't fit in the "positive aspects" section, I’m including it here: **There are many public transport stops nearby, including one right next to the centrally located Astoria stop (where the 100E bus from the airport arrives—though, interestingly, it doesn't stop there on the return trip from Budapest to the airport, so you have to go to Kálvin tér or Deák Ferenc tér instead).**

Reattività del proprietario... potrebbe migliorare.. volevamo stare un ora in più dopo il check out ma risposto in ritardo ed anche se scrivo in italiano potrebbe anche tradurlo. A parte questo il pernottamento è stato ottimo e positivo
