The apartment was modern, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with an amazing central location close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and major tourist attractions. The host was exceptionally responsive, helpful, and supportive when we had an unexpected emergency, arranging a technician quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciated the excellent service and had a fantastic stay overall.

The building is quite old, and the elevator sometimes stopped unexpectedly between floors, which made us feel a little unsafe. Additionally, the instructions regarding the keys could be clearer, as they are stored in different locations and do not all fit inside the lockboxes.

Möbel teils abgenutzt, Küche nicht gut ausgestattet, eines der Zimmer sehr klein, eine Toilette und Dusche mit sehr wenig Platz und durch die Möbel weiter eingeschränkt Nachbar fängt um 3 Uhr früh an laut Musik zu hören, Strasse auch sehr laut, man hört durchgehend Sirenen auch Nachts, Empfehlung Ohrstöbsel für die Gäste bereit legen

.Detto questo, la struttura ha anche alcuni aspetti positivi. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza, soprattutto per chi vuole muoversi con i mezzi pubblici: è ben collegata e comoda anche per raggiungere supermercati e servizi nelle vicinanze. In conclusione, la posizione è ottima, ma la pulizia, la preparazione dell’appartamento per il numero effettivo di ospiti e le condizioni di alcuni arredi e servizi sono aspetti che andrebbero decisamente migliorati.

Purtroppo l’esperienza nella struttura non è stata delle migliori. Innanzitutto, la pulizia è stata decisamente discutibile: l’appartamento era molto sporco e pieno di polvere, nonostante fosse stato comunicato in anticipo che saremmo stati in 8. L’alloggio, invece, risultava preparato per sole 6 persone. Anche diversi elementi dell’appartamento presentavano problemi: alcuni mobili sembravano smontarsi da soli, il divano-letto era molto scomodo e presentava un evidente avvallamento centrale. Anche i cuscini non erano particolarmente confortevoli. Inoltre, la doccia tendeva a otturarsi, causando problemi durante l’utilizzo della vasca.
