Great central location with excellent amenities!

Perfect central location—very close to the station, the local market, and the city center. The beds were super comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep, especially after many hours of traveling. Excellent amenities provided for the stay, including coffee, a washing machine, and shower gel. The hairdryer was amazing (I actually bought the exact same model after I got home!).

Communication was in Spanish, which required using a translator to communicate back and forth. And small pet peeve, the TV didn't have smart apps available, which was a bit disappointing when wanting to watch something in the evening.

Great place to stay, clean, modern, integrated A/C to stay cool all the time. We do recommend.

It is a modern (2024) apartment. The integrated A/C was absolutely amazing. The apartment was very cool whole day and night despite 38C outside. There is a very busy bar next door and we did not hear eanything from outside so the insulation is great (but we heard the neighbouring apartment on our floor a little). It had cooking utensils (but not salt), there was a small coffee machine with coffee and sugar. There was a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.

Whole building consists of apartments for tourists so it is a proper business and hotel-like accommodation that is not a budget option. Therefore giving us a 1.5 (one and half!) roll of toilet paper for 5 days for 2 people is just unjustified. Also demanding to take out trash seems unreasonable when there is hired cleaning staff.

Clean, in the centre of the town, easy to find and convenient

Close into the centre Clean and everything you needed for a quick stay Easy to find

Lighting is very harsh, to bright Bathroom fan not working properly

I enjoyed my stay in a clean and comfortable apartment, in a very convenient location.

I have to say, when I arrived at the property and saw its location, sandwiched directly above and between a couple of busy tapas bars on a narrow pedestrian only thoroughfare full of such establishments, my first thought was to worry about how much sleep I might be able to get at night. I need not have worried, as the sound proofing in the (top floor) apartment I stayed in was incredibly effective in shutting out both external and internal noise. As a result, I was able to consider myself very fortunate to be staying literally next door to El Corcho, an absolutely fantastic tapas bar, which I probably popped into at least twice a day during my four night stay here. Generally speaking, the apartment was clean and comfortable with a pleasing ambience, and the location of the apartment close to the city's main sights and bars and restaurants was excellent.

Communication with the property manager did give rise to an issue, in that I had received several messages in the weeks and days leading up to my stay, telling me of the need to complete a 'personal details' form that would be sent to me the day before my arrival date, and that an access code to the building and lock box would also be sent to me the day before my arrival, as soon as I submitted the form. On the day before my arrival however I had not heard from the owner/manager, and come the evening I found myself needing to chase what was happening. All worked out ok in the end, come the day of my arrival, but the inconsistent messaging did cause an issue, and a bit of stress, that should have been able to have been avoided.
