Le personnel adorable et aux petits soins
Chambre spacieuse
Petit déjeuner complet et repas bons
Salle de bain et surtout le bac de douche petit et pas très pratique

Très bon Acceuil. Très bien situé avec vue imprenable sur les pyramides, du rooftop.

Proximity to pyramids
Quirky fun hotel design
Good service from Anwa and other waiters
My kids would say great french fries, especially as a breakfast option
Restorations happening the whole time we were there! The constant noise of drilling/banging was tiresome. My children were told they could get in the pool in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, they were told to wait half hour, then another 10 minutes...it wasnt ready for 5 hours!!! The guy at reception told us that we couldn't walk to the pyramids despite seeing them from the hotel! He lied to us to get us to book the $120 tour guide with car which drove us to the further away entrance gate. Don't fall for this scam! There is a gate less than 5 minutes WALK from the hotel that takes you right in at the sphinx.
